Since Little Lion is really into Christmas this year and starting to get over his fear of strangers, I thought we should try and sit on Santa's lap to tell him what we want for Christmas! My girlfriend C and I decided to load our 3 boys and our 2 pregnant bellies and head over to Downtown Disney. You are allowed to take pictures with your own camera which means FREE!!! Disney also takes pics too, if you'd to purchase them.
We got there early, so we could get in line first. However, we decided we needed to kill time since there was no one there. We headed to the playground.
As we were walking back toward Santa, we saw a nice set up of Christmas trees. Here are the 3 boys! It's hard to get them to all look!!! And LL and I ;)
My girlfriend C and little C got in line a half hour early (2nd place!) while I watched LL and big C play around.
Finally Jolly Ole St. Nick arrived! He was such a CUTE Santa!!!
LL did NOT want to sit on his lap, but would let me hold him while talking with him. Santa asked LL what he wanted for Christmas. LL replied, "A Giraffe!" Santa asked me what I'd like. "Baby Sister to arrive SOON!!" Santa asked LL if he wanted Baby Sister too. LL's reply....."NO! Just a Giraffe!!!!" Wow such excitement for a new sister ;) You can tell where she ranks!! Here's the best shot we got.I'm going to browse the Disney pics, but they haven't been posted yet. I'll post them if they are good.
Don't forget to vote for Flower Power's stats, if you haven't already....lotto tickets!!

Budding Photographer
Little Lion LOVES to take pictures! He however, is not a fan of getting his picture taken recently. So I've resorted to bribery to help get his picture taken. Yup Mom of the Year right here :) I tell him to let me take a picture and then he gets to take a picture of whatever using our camera. Here are a few of his masterpiece pictures through the eyes of an almost 4 year old :)
I think as a Big Brother gift, we may get LL a real camera so he can take pictures of Flower Power and be involved with all the excitement of her arrival. Hopefully we'll get a good deal on black Friday!!!

Flower Power Update...Week 36!
Whew! I made it to 9 months pregnant!!!! I'm happy to be here, but a little nervous at the arrival of Flower Power. Most of you know I like to be in control :) However, Miss. FP is in control here and will decide when she wants to come. I'm hoping sooner rather than later :) I had my 36 week doctor appointment today. I'm doing great on weight gain and blood pressure. But the most exciting news is that I'm dilated 2-3 cm and effaced 50% !! Whooo Hoooo!!! I'm already 1/5th of the way there :) If only the rest of the way would be this easy!!! Of course being dilated means nothing as you can walk around dilated for weeks, but it makes me feel better that my body is getting ready to push out this WATERMELON!!! (That's according to What to Expect When You're Expecting book) Here's to making it to December :)

Thanksgiving Feast!
Little Lion's preschool hosts a Thanksgiving Feast every year! There is singing, yummy food, and fellowship! It's always nice to see all the little ones interacting with their peers and chatting with the Mommies!
This morning I put LL in a *nicer* outfit...ie a button down shirt. His reply, "I look just like Daddy!!" Yes, Daddy does wear button downs everyday to work :)When we got there they were sitting together and sang us a song.
Here's a video of the kids singing Tommy the Turkey :) Watch LL shake his tail feather!!
After, LL shared their Thanksgiving projects with us while we waited our turn for the feast.
And you need sweets to end the feast!!I am Thankful for a wonderful son, a great learning environment for him, and fantastic teachers and friends!!

Lucky Girls!!
Flower Power and I are lucky, lucky girls indeed! My former teacher friends and few others and myself got together at Mimi's Cafe this morning for brunch to celebrate FP. There were games which I won the first one :)
There were goodies!!!
There were spoils!
There was good friends and hostesses!!!
I couldn't ask for better people in my life! Just like the last shower, the ladies I surround myself with are spectacular!
I'm sure my readers are super observant and noticed I was wearing the same dress for both showers. Which means...comparison growth pictures. Flower Power at 33 weeks.Flower Power at 35 weeks...don't mind the hurry up I'm late face ;) I definitely look rounder and maybe she's even dropped a bit! Eeekkkkkk Flower Power will be here before we know it!!!

Gatorland!
Little Lion and I have never been to Gatorland. Shocking I know considering we've lived here for 15 years! My cousins from Wisconsin are visiting and thought all our boys would like it! The weather was perfect today too! A funny story....So on the way there I was telling LL that we were going to Gatorland. He tells me that Gator starts with A. I am arguing (yes with a 3 year old) and sounding out the G sounds. LL is adamant that it starts with A. After going in circles for 5 minutes. I realized LL was correct....ALLIGATOR does start with A :) haha He is learning at school ;)
We started out at the Gator Jumperoo show. The boys got to stand next to the window to get a perfect view of all the gators.
The show was a competition between two rednecks trying to see who can get the gator to jump the highest!
After the show we walked the nature walk around a small lake filled with gators and checked out the birds. We went to the petting zoo, but LL was not a fan. However, he enjoyed taking a picture of me and Flower Power.Gator stew anyone????Since Mr.E was not able to join us...work got in the way...LL hung out with my cousin S ;)The next stop was probably the kids favorite spot...the splash pad and playground. As I was changing LL into his swim trunks, I was telling him I was getting him ready to go into the water. LL freaked out saying, "I don't want to go in the water!!" I asked, "Why, it'll be fun!" LL replies, "The Gators will eat me!!!" Ooppsss, I guess I should have been more clear as to what water we were going to go into;) Here are the boys shooting each other. The last picture cracks me up! L and C are totally getting B!!
You can't go to Gatorland without getting your picture taken inside the BIG gator mouth!
What a fun day we had. We are sad to see our Wisconsin cousins go home! LL really enjoyed playing with the boys!!!
