Weekend Project!
We have lived in our house for almost 8 years! It was time for a carpet replacement...probably 2 years ago, but that's another story:) Anyway, we decided to install hardwood in our family room. With the help from our wonderful friend Heath, they finished it in a weekend! Here are the UGLY before pictures.

15 Months!
Flower Power is 15 months today! She has such an adventuresome personality and is curious about everything. FP is independent and happy! All of those qualities are great to have....however, she gives Mama a run for her money!! Let's do a day in the life of Flower Power.
7AM. Get up. Get into mischief.
10AM. Go outside. Play with her brother's toys, by herself!
10:30AM Show off your chompers and your attitude...I mean personality;)
11AM. Continue to climb on anything she shouldn't.
11:30AM Ride bike like a big girl.
12AM. Climb up the slide and slide down backwards or headfirst!
Whew lunch and nap! It's a good thing she's so cute and not my first child otherwise she'd be an only!! I look forward to helping her enrich these great qualities all the while protecting her from breaking bones and turning my hair gray!!

Donuts with Dad
Today at Little Lion's school was Donuts with Dad to celebrate Dads! They had to wear jerseys. Of course my guys have matching ones! How cute are they?!?!?!?!

Chugga Choo, Chugga Chugga Choo Choo
This past weekend Choo Choo Soul came to SeaWorld for a Just For Kids Concert. Little Lion used to watch Choo Choo Soul daily and now Flower Power does! Dancing to Choo Choo Soul is one of her favorite things to do!!! We HAD to go to their concert!
In order to get tickets, you had to go to SeaWorld at 9AM and wait in line which was first come first serve. I knew FP needed a nap otherwise Choo Choo Soul was not going to be fun. So I went by myself and picked up the tickets and then went home to get the family. It was a good thing, I went since this was the line!!
We got to the park at noon and went to the shark tank and then to stand in line. FP was so excited to go....or maybe she just enjoyed walking around with all the kids while we waited for the doors to open! She is so social!!
Once inside, LL and I made funny faces to pass the time.
Daddy and Iris ate goldfish crackers :)
Finally the concert started! It was a great show! All of us were dancing and singing along. Here is the opening act!
It was so nice to be at an event where both kids are laughing and smiling and enjoying the moment! Melts a Momma's heart!! Memories people! Memories!!
