Daddy is gone for the week for work. That means Mommy has to come up with some creative ideas to keep us occupied all day long. When I don't, Little Lion comes up with ideas. Here is his idea of fun. Good thing Flower Power agrees! Make sure you turn it up loud to hear all the giggles :)

Beach Vacation Part 3 Family Time
On our short vacation, we enjoyed our family time together and relaxing.
We went to the pier where there was a lot of outdoor activities going on with bands and festivals. We walked the fishing pier. As we were walking, the beach was gorgeous with all the colorful umbrellas. The water was blue. And fun was had!
We even took a family nap!
Our final evening, we had a nice dinner and fun on the beach.
I can't for our family of 4 to go on more vacations and make many great memories together!

Our day at the beach means jumping waves and playing in the sand.

Happy AnNiversary!
Today is Mr.E and my 7th Anniversary! 6-5-04 so he couldn't forget :) Last night we celebrated early by going to a movie with no kids and to dinner with no kids!! We went to Ruth's Chris Steakhouse for dinner which is definitely an upper scale restaurant. It was yummy!! They even gave us a free dessert for our anniversary. Notice anything wrong??? I guess that's what we get for a FREE dessert at an expensive restaurant :)
Hahaha! I'm glad we got to spend some quality time together on our AnNiversary :) No 7 year itch for us!!

Ft.Lauderdale Beach Vacation!
Over Memorial weekend, we decided to take a mini vacation to the beach down in Ft.Lauderdale. We stayed at the Pelican Grand Beach Resort. We stayed in a suite with 2 king beds and oceanfront view to die for!
Flower Power was extremely excited to be on her first vacation!
Brother too was having a good time and we hadn't even left the room yet :)
The resort had a lazy river and pool. Little Lion enjoyed being pushed around by the current. He didn't even use the raft, just his floaties...silly kid!
After checking out the lazy river and pool, we headed to the ocean! Flower Power and I enjoyed soaking up the shade under the umbrella and dipping our toes in the sand.
We all had fun in the sun!
And being cool in the shade!
We had so much fun, I need more than one blog post :) More to come!!

Happy Half Birthday!
My Baby is already SIX months old!!!! When did that happen????
Flower Power is growing and learning faster than I can keep up!! She amazes me daily! Her newest trick is sitting up unassisted. Just in the past few days, she has gone from wobbly to steady for a good period of time unless of course an exciting toy entices her and she reaches for it and goes toppling over ;)
FP is still a giggly little girl most of the time when everything is her way...such a diva! She also has started giving kisses....with tongue! Boys beware!!
I love this picture! And I love her skinny chicken legs ;)
And FP is interested in the world and checking out her sticker sign which meant the end of our photoshoot!

Last Day of School!
Boooo! Today is the last day of preschool for Little Lion;( He will official be in Pre K next year. He has grown so much and learned a lot! Here is LL on the first day of school.
